Note: It was a big night on Monday for Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck who became the first goalie in Jets history (1.0 or 2.0) and Thrashers history to win a Vezina Trophy.

Sportsnet: Hellebuyck’s unshakeable confidence the driving force to Vezina Trophy win. One thing the Jets goalie doesn’t lack is confidence. Whether he has put up a shutout or allowed four goals the tender seems to have the same demeanor post-game.
The Athletic Winnipeg: Connor Hellebuyck has won the Vezina. What’s next for Winnipeg’s star goalie? (Paywall). Individual accolades are nice but it is pretty clear that Hellebuyck has one trophy on his mind.
TSN: An early Canadian Expansion Draft primer. Fairly certain the Jets would be protecting Tucker Poolman over Logan Stanley. If anything I suspect it would more likely look like Sami Niku or Tucker Poolman. I also don’t think the Jets are inclined to expose Adam Lowry given the absence of centre depth on this team.
