Note: The Jets made their way from Carolina following last night’s 4-1 loss to the Hurricanes over to Columbus, Ohio where they will take on the Blue Jackets tonight to conclude the pre All-Star portion of their schedule. The Jets won’t have a morning skate although you can still check out our pre-game report. Puck drop is at 6:30 pm CST.
Note II: It may have been overlooked due to it being a game day on Tuesday but the Canucks announced the return of the Young Prospects Tournament in Penticton, British Columbia in September.
Note III: The Moose practiced on Tuesday followed by players going to various community centres across the city at night. I was told by bench boss Pascal Vincent following practice that Jets prospect David Gustafsson will likely not play this weekend in Iowa. The team will practice again today as they continue to get ready for a big test against the second place Wild on Friday.
