Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Note: Former NHLer Sean Avery had twitter abuzz last night as he reported a Jacob Trouba trade to the Leafs for Nazem Kadri but both Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun and Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press have dispelled the rumour.

Jets news:

TSN: Jets re-engaging with Tyler Myers.  An interesting nugget from Frank on the Jets attempting to keep their big D man.  Also adds Ben Chiarot to his Free Agent Frenzy list.

Winnipeg Sun: Who might make Jets best offer for Trouba?  Ken gives you lots to digest on the topic du jour (although maybe that should read du mois since this seems like it has been ongoing for months) and includes his five spots (and possible returns) for Trouba.
