Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news and audio.

Note:  The Jets were back on the ice on Thursday with new look lines as they prepared for tonight’s game against heated rival Nashville to wrap up this two-game homestand as these two teams battle it out for top spot in the Central.  Morning skate gets underway at 10:30 AM and be sure to check back for our pre-game report which will have the lines/D Pairs and audio.  Puck drop is at 7 pm and following the game be sure to check back for our post-game recap with game notes, as well as audio from the Jets dressing room and coach Maurice.

Note II:  The Moose are also in business tonight as they look to build on the success of Wednesday’s early morning victory over the Marlies with less than a minute left in regulation.  With Mason Appleton and Tucker Poolman back in the fold plus the return of a healthy Peter Stoykewych and Skyler McKenzie this team was looking better and they’ll need all hands on deck as they take on a Senators squad that is 11-0-0-4 in their last 15 games and have seen some new faces added with all the trades made by the parent club in Ottawa.  Both teams sit outside the playoffs but are close to the line so it will be a meaningful game for both Manitoba and Belleville.
