Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Note:  The Jets are scheduled to hit the ice today at 11 AM out at the IcePlex as they get ready to face the Sharks on Tuesday night to conclude this three-game home stand.  Be sure to check out the Practice Report for all the latest news and audio.

Note II:  The Moose are in Michigan as they get set to conclude a six-game road trip on Wednesday night against the Griffins.  To date they’ve gone 1-2-1-1 in the first five games of this trip but really need two points against the top team in the Central Division.  They are scheduled to practice at 1 pm at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids.

Jets news:

TSN:   First-round pick in play as Jets consider big-game hunting.   Frank has more on the Jets offering up this asset to add some depth to the current roster.

Winnipeg Free Press: Jets have tough decision on their hands with Petan. (Paywall).  At this point the time to move forward in a new direction is well past due.
