Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news and audio.

Note:  The Jets practiced at the University of Pennsylvania on Sunday as they prepared for tonight’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers to kick off the post All-Star game portion of the season (Puck drop 6 pm CT).  While the team from the city of brotherly love isn’t sitting too high in the standings (14th in the East) they had won their previous three straight games before the Player & All-Star breaks.  The pre-game report will get you set up with AM skate that gets underway at 10:30 am.

Note II:  The Moose are enjoying some down time as the AHL All-Star break is underway.  The lone representative for Manitoba is Logan Shaw who is taking part in festivities tonight in Springfield, Massachusetts.  The good news for the AHL squad is since they hit the “reset” button post-Christmas the team has gone 8-3-1-2. Still a climb to get back into the playoff picture but the team is trending in the right direction.
