While the Capitals have won 3 in a row they are 4-5-1 in their last 10. Regardless of whether or not this team makes the post season, the last 16 games of the season are going to be an exciting “most important game of the year” each and every night they play.

While they might be receiving subsidies, just as many private companies do, think about how much revenue they are generating for the city and province that wouldn’t be there is the NHL team didn’t exist. Winnipeg Sun: Jets beer set for epic MTS Centre toast. President of the Winnipeg Jets Jim Ludlow might have the distinction of being the only person to drink a beer at center ice in front of 15,004 fans.
