Note: Often folks say “TGIF” but this has more meaning today for Jets fans with the team they follow finally being done with their five-day league mandated break. The Jets are back on the ice today at 11 am before leaving for Calgary to face the Flames in a Saturday afternoon matinee. Plenty of questions surround the roster with question marks surrounding goalie Steve Mason and forwards Adam Lowry/Brandon Tanev. Note II: The Moose are back in business after a week of practice as they face the Texas Stars tonight at Bell MTS Place with puck drop at 7 pm. As I outlined above the Manitoba roster could be in flux with the above question marks and whether Jack Roslovic/Brendan Lemieux/Michael Hutchinson get recalled and with Mike Sgarbossa suspended for the next two games.
