Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news.

Note:  The Jets dropped their second straight game last night in Minnesota as they fell to the Wild 4-1 in St. Paul.  The good news for Winnipeg is they remain in top spot in the central and have five-days to rest and recover from a bruising first half of the 2017-18 season.  The highlight of the game may have been captain Blake Wheeler showing you can take the man out of Minnesota but you cannot take the Minnesota (Viking) out of the man when he was clapping along to #Skol on the Jets bench.

Note II:  Lest ye think that you will be without professional hockey for the week the Manitoba Moose have three games over the course of the next week including an afternoon re-match with the Iowa Wild today at Bell MTS Place after dropping a 5-4 decision on Saturday afternoon.  I will join Mitch in the booth once again to provide colour analysis.
