Note:  The Jets went 1-1-1 on this pre-Christmas holidays road trip including yesterday’s 5-2 loss to the Islanders in Brooklyn.  The team now has some time away for the rink which based on how they looked on Saturday they can use to help recover for the long stretch to the playoffs.

Note II:  The Moose began their holidays on Saturday after they finished off a historic run where they went 16 games without a regulation loss.  The team is off for the next few days before they resume their impressive run to the Calder Cup playoffs.
