Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets taking police-by-committee approach this season.  (Paywall).  With no Chris Thorburn or Anthony Peluso in the lineup this season for Winnipeg the need to look out for each other will have to be done by a number of different players on this squad.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Perreault scratched from game to welcome baby.  (Paywall).  There was concern when 85 wasn’t seen taking the warm-up on Monday that there had been a problem with his health but turns out the Jets forward was simply welcoming a new member of his family to the world.

Sportingnews:  Playstation at the heart of chemistry between Jets’ Patrik Laine and Nikolaj Ehlers Maybe it is or perhaps it is simply skill but either way fans around these parts love watching what these two can accomplish on the ice, whether they are together or split up.
