Winnipeg Sun:  Kulikov feeling healthy.  Lots of folks from outside the market don’t like the deal but if Buffalo proves to be an exception to the norm and Kulikov can go back to his Panthers form then the Jets should be winners with a solid left side addition.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Kulikov excited about new start with Jets.  (Paywall).  As I said above the defenceman sounded quite confident that he has healed from his injury issue he dealt with as a member of the Sabres and if he’s good to go then that should help out the Jets.
