Note: While the Jets season is officially over after last night’s 2-1 win over the Predators and the players will be leaving the city we will have a chance to reflect with them about the 2016-17 this morning at the MTS Centre. Kicks off at 8:30 am and should run until about noon. Coach Paul Maurice and GM Kevin Cheveldayoff will address the media on Monday. Note II: After the parent club has exited the building there will still be hockey to be played at the MTS Centre as the Manitoba Moose finish off the home portion of their 2016-17 season this afternoon as they look for the weekend series sweep over the Roadrunners. I will finish off the season (my 76th Jets/Moose game) providing colour analysis for the broadcast along with play by play voice Mitch Peacock on TSN 1290 Winnipeg starting with pre-game at 1:45 pm. Puck drop is at 2 pm.

Winnipeg Sun: Jets go out on a high. While it wasn’t a banner game for the first 40 minutes the Jets managed to get things turned around in the final frame. Ken recaps the action as a familiar pair played the role of heroes.
