Note:  The Jets have left balmy Winnipeg for slightly warmer temperatures in Florida this week.  Today they hit the ice in Tampa Bay for practice at 10 am.  Will there be more moves following Alexander Burmistrov being placed on waivers and will he clear?  UpdateAlexander Burmistrov was claimed by the Arizona Coyotes although perhaps the bigger news is that Tyler Myers made the trip with the Jets to Florida.

Note II:  The Moose will hit the ice for a skate at 12 noon at the MTS Centre as they get ready to face the Toronto Marlies on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Winnipeg Sun:  What’s next for LaineKen looks back at all of the accomplishments for the Jets super rookie in 2016 and ahead at what may be in store for the Finnish sensation.
