Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news.

Note:  An already tough road trip got even worse with a 3-1 loss last night to division rival Wild in Minnesota.  The team left for Tennessee where they will practice in Nashville today as they get ready to face the Predators on Friday night.

Note II:  The Moose are enduring their own slide.  After winning four in a row they have gone 1-4-1 in their last six games including a 3-1 loss last night against the Wild.  The team has the day off today before they practice in Winnipeg on Friday.  They will leave for Wisconsin later that day as they get ready to face the Milwaukee Admirals on Saturday night.

Update:  Coach Maurice indicated that Tobias Enstrom has returned home to Sweden to deal with a family situation.  Full quotes from the Jets bench boss can be found here.
