Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets take it on the chin.  (Paywall).  The ice felt tilted towards Ondrej Pavelec during the 1st period and throughout much of the game.  The Jets just never really felt like they had the edge.

Winnipeg Sun:  Jets fall flat against Islanders.  Ken breaks down the game.

CBC:  Early penalty trouble sinks Jets against Islanders.  The word discipline was on everyone’s lips watching that first period.

Newsday:  Isles earn first win of season by beating Jets in Brooklyn.  Always interesting to read a recap from an opposition beat writer.
