Winnipeg Jets loan Walker Duehr and Isaak Phillips to the Moose on Trade Deadline Day

Fresh off playing in the Jets win over the Lightning last night the team announced that they have loaned Isaak Phillips and Walker Duehr to the Moose this morning. While Manitoba plays host to Toronto this evening in Winnipeg this move is more about ensuring both players would be available to the AHL club for the Calder Cup playoffs.

Neither Elias Salomonsson or Ville Heinola have been sent down but that could be because they are going to practice with the team when they hit the ice at noon for a skate and then will be loaned later this afternoon.

With so much roster uncertainty the Moose have signed defenceman Sean Larochelle to an ATO. The Quebec product has been playing for Concordia University the last four years.
