Four weeks ago it was announced that Jonathan Toews would be the nominee of the Winnipeg Jets as selected by the members of the local professional hockey writers association.

Today, the NHL announced that he alongside Gabriel Landeskog and Rasmus Dahlin are the finalists after voting conducted across the entire PHWA.
The Award is given to a player who “best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey.”
All three of these players would be deserving of it.
