Winnipeg Jets forward Dominic Toninato clears waivers

After missing the entirety of Jets training camp due to being unfit to practice, Dominic Toninato was put on LTIR which he was eligible to come off recently. Yesterday Toninato was placed on waivers.

On Saturday morning we found out that Toninato cleared waivers according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.

This afternoon the Jets activated Toninato from LTIR and assigned him to the taxi squad.
