The Jets with a dominant 4-1 win over the Stars in a game that was billed as a Clash of Titans but did not meet that expectation. Winnipeg now has a 10 point lead on Dallas as they improve to 46-17-4 and they are back in top spot in the entire NHL.

Notable:
On the opening goal of the game Kyle Connor matched his career high for assists with 49. He’s on pace for 60.
Third time Kyle Connor has gotten to the 34 goal mark in a season. Won’t match his career high of 47 but could clear 40 for second time in his career. Of course then he went and got another, his 35th, which puts him on pace for 42 goals this season.
With a hat trick of assists Mark Scheifele gets to the 40 assist mark for the 7th time in his career (one time he got to 50). On pace for 48.
With an assist on the fourth Jets goal Brandon Tanev got his first regular season point with Winnipeg since April 1st, 2019.
The Jets record when leading after 40 is now 36-0-1 and they are 29-3-3 when they score first.
