Associate coach Scott Arniel spoke ahead of the game against the Capitals and Jeff Hamilton of the Winnipeg Free Press is reporting that he indicated that:
“Cole Perfetti injured himself late in last night’s game against the Bruins and will be further evaluated in Winnipeg.”
Tough news for the Jets who already have a laundry list of injured players and for Cole Perfetti who is having himself a very good rookie campaign and is in the Calder discussion. He has six goals and 14 assists for 20 points in 33 games for Winnipeg.
Update:
I just re-watched the end of the game and it would appear that he sustained the injury on this play:

We likely won’t get an update until the 27th when the team returns from Christmas holidays.
