Winnipeg Jets Brenden Dillon leaves game early in 1st and will not return to game vs Leafs

For the second straight game the Jets are down to five defenceman against the Leafs as the Jets announced that rugged Dman Brenden Dillon is done for the night.

He played until the 6:36 mark of the opening period.

Will have to wait to hear from head coach Rick Bowness.

Update:

As per head coach Rick Bowness he tweaked something in his back but it doesn’t sound serious. Expected to practice next Sunday.
