A goalie swap as two prospects are swapping spots today. The Jets are sending Domenic Divincentiis from the ECHL to the AHL while sending Thomas Milic from the AHL to the ECHL.

Thomas Milic is in his second year as a pro and it hasn’t gone as smoothly for him in year number 2 with a 4-10-2 record. Of course it is worth mentioning that the Moose are tied for last place in the AHL so this isn’t all on his young shoulders. This will be a chance for him to get a heavy workload with the Admirals in the ECHL.
Conversely Domenic Divincentiis has gone 15-5-0 with an .896 save% and a 2.97 GAA in his first season as a pro. He did have a .930 save% and a 2.24 GAA with the Moose during his five game stint earlier this season when they lost Kaapo Kahkonen to waivers.
As mentioned above Manitoba sits tied for dead last in the AHL which is exactly where they were a year ago with a 12-23-1 record on January 27th, 2024 before turning around their season and claiming a playoff spot. This iteration of the Moose are 11-23-1 and will be looking to carve a similar path forward starting tomorrow against the Wolves in Chicago.
