The Jets second rounder from 2015 played completed his fourth full season with the Prince George Cougars to close out 2016-17. In 64 games this year for Prince George he had 21 goals and 51 assistS and became the Cougars all-time scoring leader.
According to the Jets release it is a three year ELC.
Moose fans will recall that Harkins joined the Jets AHL squad at the end of the 2015-16 season playing six games for Manitoba on a Amateur Tryout Offer, which included scoring one goal and adding two assists.
