Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets in near-impossible situation.  The players tried not to allow defeat to creep into their voices today during pre-practice interviews but you got the sense that they are fully aware of the mountain they have to climb.

Winnipeg Sun:  Jets dealing with disappointment.  That was the feeling today at the rink according to coach Noel.

National Post:  Jets on final approach to missing the playoffs.  The improvement over the last two Thrashers teams has been marginal, although based on their play at home you would never know that.  Lots will need to get done this summer to help this team make that move from marginal playoff team to a team expected to make the post season.

Illegal Curve:  Coach Noel pre-practice press conference.  The coach gave his players an optional today and spoke to reporters about last night’s loss, what the team can do to move forward and what he expects from the New York Rangers.

Illegal Curve:  Jets players pre-practice audio.  The Jets held an optional following last night’s disappointing loss to the Senators. We spoke with Tanner Glass, Jim Slater, Zach Bogosian, Evander Kane and Blake Wheeler.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets have mini-hospital close to ice.  If you’ve ever wondered what the Jets medial room looks like, here is the grand tour.
