Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets hit the road and hope to end slump.  The GST won’t just be taxing the opposition on the penalty kill, they might have earned themselves some power play time as well.

Post-Bulletin:  Rochester native Stuart to take on Wild.  Always exciting when players return to their home state or province to face the local team.  The Jets have 3 Minnesotans playing for them but they shouldn’t expect much cheers from the resident Xcel Energy Center crowd.  Of course with the estimated 4 or 5 thousand Manitobans in attendance, we can expect to here some cheering for the Jets.
Mark Stuart

Puck Daddy:  NHL trade deadline dream scenarios.  Shane Doan in a Jets jersey might be a stretch but since it is a dream scenarios, I’m guessing most Jets fans would be dreaming of seeing Rick Nash centering the 1st line.

Illegal Curve:  Jets post practice audio.  Scrums with Andrew Ladd, Bryan Little and Chris Thorburn.

Illegal Curve:  Coach Claude Noel presser.  The Jets held a quick practice before heading off to Minnesota and coach Noel met with the media to give us some comments on last night’s game as well as looking forward to the game against the Wild.

Next opponent news – Minnesota Wild:

Minnesota Star-Tribune:  Yeo on Zidlicky: ‘We want people that want to go to war for each other’.  It is going to be quite the game as the last time these two teams met, it was quite the physical contest.
