Winnipeg Free Press: Jets, Hurricanes face off as both teams on hot streak. Former Southeast Division foes are set to do battle in a familiar spot with a lot of familiar faces. Should be a good contest.
Winnipeg Sun: Jets and Hurricanes set for first battle of the season. Ken always provides good insight pre-game and this time is no exception. A very good and long read but when he opens his Notebook it’s worth taking a gander. Plenty of good tidbits including some HR Ron Hainsey chit chat.

Challenges his team will face tonight? Power Play discussion. Has he shifted any of the responsibilities of his assistant coaches (Pascal Vincent & Charlie Huddy). Is he considering a third assistant coach?
