The team is happy that the injury to Miller wasn’t as bad as it could be and as part of the next man up mentality it will be on Dylan Coghlan’s shoulders to show he can have an impact with Miller out. Of course with Dylan Samberg getting closer the pressure may be on Ville Heinola or Logan Stanley to secure the remaining left side spot.

The Jets are hoping to avoid matching their their longest winless streak of the season when they host the Predators Tuesday night and the team has identified areas of their game that require attention. TSN’s John Lu has more ahead of tonight’s game against the Predators.
TSN: Jets plan to end three-game skid against Central rival in Predators. The Jets have dropped three straight game and welcome the Predators tonight, a team they beat just before the new year. Despite the three consecutive losses, Adam Lowry has been pleased with the team’s defensive structure but did note some areas that need improvement.
