TSN: Oilers expecting hard battle vs. Jets with playoff intensity starting to ramp up. The Oilers enter tonight’s road game in Winnipeg having dropped their last two games but are encouraged by their effort level despite not getting the results recently. Stuart Skinner says it’s the little things that have gotten his team in trouble but there isn’t much to change.
TSN: Our overall team play hasn’t been up to snuff on a consistent basis recently. Jets head coach Rick Bowness is back with the team following a four-game absence, in which Winnipeg went 1-3, and said he doesn’t think it’s fair to come in and make a bunch of negative comments about his team’s play. However, Bowness did admit that the Jets’ overall team play hasn’t been up to their usual standard.
