Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Hellebuyck’s show of emotion a ‘rare occurrence’. (Paywall). Not often you see the Jets top netminder obliterate his stick like he did at the end of last night’s contest.

Winnipeg Sun: Jets need more from Hellebuyck and have faith that they’ll get itGiven the number of times the top netminder has bailed out his squad he could probably expect some reciprocity (in spades) from the players in front of him.

Global News: Line shuffle could be step toward Jets’ futureThe big moment for this team’s future will be the moment that Pierre-Luc Dubois provides them with a centre depth that puts them into the conversation as one of the deepest teams at that position. Until that time however it will be up to guys like Andrew Copp and Nikolaj Ehlers as well as Mark Scheifele who will need to drive the bus.
