Note II:  Down in St. Louis former Jets prospect Erik Foley who was part of the Paul Stastny trade has signed his three-year ELC with the Blues.  This means that the Jets will keep their conditional 2020 4th rounder which would have gone to St. Louis had they not been able to sign Foley by mid August.
