Winnipeg Free Press:  Maurice not taking Maple Leafs lightly.  I would be shocked to hear a coach ever admit they are actually taking a team lightly.  Even if coach Maurice won’t acknowledge it, the Leafs are riddled with injuries right now.

Winnipeg Sun:  Leafs at disadvantage?  Maurice won’t say.  Just as his team has been saddled with more than their fare share of injuries so too has Toronto as they come in with a number of regulars out of the lineup.
