Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets lose Trouba for extended period.  Coach Maurice said that it would be six weeks.  With all of the other injuries the team has on the back end it is going to be a long, long December.

The Buffalo News:  Grigorenko on call to rejoin Sabres.  Never heard someone so excited to catch a flight to the Peg’ in December.

The Buffalo News:  Red-hot Sabres hit the Great White North and try to ground the Jets.  In case you haven’t been paying attention to the Eastern Conference and are still expecting Buffalo to be an easy two points you many want to give this a perusal.  Since middle of November they only sit behind Chicago, Anaheim and Pittsburgh for points accumulated.
