Winnipeg Jets 2025 3rd Round Draft Pick (92nd overall): Owen Martin

Meet the Jets third round pick.

With the 92nd overall selection the Jets went to Oakbank, Manitoba to grab Owen Martin in the 3rd round. He is a 6’0 183 pound centre as per Elite Prospects currently playing centre for Spokane in the WHL where he is coached by former Jets assistant coach Brad Lauer.

In 39 games for the Chiefs he put up 13 goals 21 assists for 34 points. He also had six goals and six assists for 12 points in 20 playoff games.

He’s just the third Manitoban selected by Winnipeg alongside Jason Kasdorf (2011) and Jordy Stallard (2016).

Elite prospects describe him as:

Martin is a very proactive player, he’s always working to get above the puck or eliminate off-puck threats. There’s not a spot in the defensive zone that he doesn’t defend well: slot, net-front, boards, end boards, the point. He’s really good at denying space to opponents, angling them up the wall by closing the lane.
