The Jets were back on the ice for day 14 of training camp. Joel Armia was back skating with the group but according to Brian Munz of TSN 1290 Winnipeg the following players were missing Dimitry Kulikov, Matt Hendricks and Adam Lowry. Brendan Lemieux, Michael Spacek and Eric Comrie were skating on another sheet of ice.
Update: Following the conclusion of the chat with the Jets bench boss it was announced that Eric Comrie had been assigned to the Manitoba Moose. In his audio when asked about cuts below (approximately one minute into the scrum which you can hear below) he says he expects to make the announcements on Sunday or Monday but does seem to suggest that there would be “one adjustment in one position” which obviously was Comrie.

Coach Maurice: Maintenance for the guys not involved today? Is this where he wanted his group to be at? When will he make his final roster decisions? On the way Steve Mason had fit in with the Jets. Does Mason understand the pressure that is on him? Will Mason play tomorrow? Sticking to the process. On players recognizing that even if results aren’t coming, the things he needs to see are there. Has Andrew Copp assumed the Jack of all trade role? Has Hellebuyck been as good as the numbers suggest? On goalies knowing that total team defence is a focus.
