Coach Maurice – What does Nic Petan bring to the 4th line that they haven’t had in the past?  Is there a change on the way 4th lines are being used in the NHL?  Is it exciting to have a mix of veterans/prospects or is it a challenge?  Is it too soon to say Nic Petan has made the team?  Has he seen enough from Ladd/Little/Burmistrov or work in progress?  Hasn’t tinkered with Wheeler/Scheifele/Stafford, does that tell us something?  How does your identity change when the skill set of the personalities change?  Does he have to adjust his game plan based on the skill on the roster?  Has he noticed a difference in Hutchinson this training camp?  How important is it to have a level headed backup goalie?  How does he approach the ‘coach’s challenge?  .
