With the paucity of Winnipeg Jets news given the COVID-19 pause the NHL has taken, a new feature (provided there is historical news on this day) here on site will be a look back at moments of significance for the Jets and Moose in the past nine or so years.

2019

Jets sign prospect Jonathan Kovacevic to a two-year, two-way ELC.

2018

After being taken out in a pre-game season game Jets 2014 4th rounder Nelson Nogier made his regular season debut with the Moose.

Patrik Laine sets NHL record for longest points streak by a teenager at 14 games.

2013

Ezra and Remis come up with The All Pat team in honour of St. Patrick’s Day.

2011

Drama in the Desert: Honey we’re moving to Winnipeg, Glendale residents speak out and more.

David Minuk

Working hard on a daily basis to provide the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news for our readers and listeners. I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
