- The IIHF is expected to hand down a ruling on Alexander Radulov’s playing status by mid-August, writes John Glennon of the Tennessean.
- Kevin Paul Dupont has a feature on the Bruins’ big off-season acquisition Michael Ryder.
- Dan Bylsma (remember him?) has been named the newest coach of the Penguins’ AHL affiliate in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
- Coming off of a serious groin injury, Chris Clark expects to be ready for training camp, writes Tarik El-Bashir.
- Meanwhile, the Sharks were finally able to get Ryane Clowe under contract for one season at $1.6 million.
