The Jets kick off this short homestand with a 4-1 defeat of the Golden Knights in a must-win game. While they didn’t gain any ground on the Predators for the final wild card spot as Nashville also won, they didn’t lose any ground either. Of course with just 11 games left they are running out of runway trailing by five points.
