From Jeff Marek of CBC:

Mats Sundin was on a Toronto radio station again Tuesday saying that he wasn’t at a place in his life where he’s prepared to say what he’s going to do with his career.

Here’s a hint: if someone asks what you think Sundin is going to do, lean towards retirement. I think it’s become more and more obvious to everyone that Sundin is ready to pack it in even though he still has plenty of hockey left in him.

So what’s the big announcement on Friday that has Leafs’ fans salivating? Would it surprise you if it were to announce a donation to Right to Play?

At this point, you cannot help but think that Sundin has played his last NHL game, so Marek’s guess is probably right on.
