Moose Release:
The Manitoba Moose Hockey Club is proud to announce that, prior to tonight’s game against the Rockford IceHogs, the team welcomed its five millionth fan since the team’s inaugural game in Winnipeg on Oct. 11, 1996.
At 6:14 p.m. CT tonight, Paul Vieira walked through the doors at MTS Centre, becoming the five millionth fan to attend a Manitoba Moose home game. Vieira, a long-time Moose package holder, was presented with a commemorative ‘ticket’ and one-of-a-kind Manitoba Moose jersey. Vieira also received a pair of 2017-18 Manitoba Moose Season Seats, and as a final acknowledgment of the milestone, Vieira was presented with a commemorative MTS Centre seat.
