A second straight day for the AHL club of Manitoba to hit the ice at hockey for all centre as they continue to prepare for the final two game set of this four game homestand when they face the IceHogs in a pair of weekend matinees.
Skate news:
Everyone was present and accounted for this morning at skate except Walker Duehr who is out with a lower-body injury and David Gustafsson. Lots of power play work which isn’t a surprise given they have the 31st ranked PK.

Still no Walker Duehr who missed the game on Sunday, practice yesterday and again today due to a lower-body injury. Additionally, David Gustafsson who didn’t participate in practice, I was told, is dealing with an illness.
Up next:
Some of the Moose players are heading to the annual Back Yard Rink and the entire team will be off tomorrow. They are back on the ice on Friday for practice.
