Final Score: Jets 5 Ducks 3
In what will go down as one of the most memorable nights in Winnipeg sporting history, the Jets won, Teemu was celebrated and everyone (except Ducks fans) had a great night. The 1st period was one beyond description but to best illustrate it was the announcement of the first Anaheim goal. The crowd booed Corey Perry(goal), cheered Teemu Selanne (1st assist) and then booed Sheldon Brookbank(2nd assist). This was indicative of the state of the fans the entire game and made for one of the most memorable nights in Manitoba sports history.
