Jets fans chant “should have kicked it” after a Winnipeg playoff “goal” is called off

Given all the anger over the controversial game-winning goal from Game 3 back in Texas between Winnipeg and Dallas there was an opportunity in Game 5 for Jets fans to show off their chanting IQ.

Mark Scheifele “scored” a goal but used his glove to knock it in the net. As you can see below there wasn’t any question that this was not a goal. The refs called it off immediately and the home team didn’t put up much of a fight.

So fans started to chant “Should have kicked it” shortly thereafter.

Good stuff from the crowd that’s come up with some doozies in the past including Mario’s Pool boy for Sidney Crosby and Silver Medal at Ryan Miller after the Olympics.
