The Jets will put a good but short two-game homestand that saw them win against the Rangers and Stars behind them and will start off three on the road tonight in Seattle against the Kraken. This team leaves Winnipeg healthy with the exception of Neal Pionk who is out week-to-week with a lower-body injury. They remain tied with the Capitals for most points in the entire NHL.
They taken on a Kraken team that were sellers at the deadline and who sit 11 points back of the Canucks for the second and final wild card spot in the Western Conference. This team has won their last two games and are above .500 at home with a 16-15-4 record. They actually score quite a bit (sixth most in the conference) although they also give up quite a few goals as well.
Seattle have the 25th ranked power play and the 20th ranked penalty kill.
