Game 66: Winnipeg Jets vs St. Louis Blues pre-game report

A look at the projected lineups and pre-game interviews.

The Jets had come out of the Olympic break hot (4-0-2) but then lost two straight and things were looking grim with the top-ranked Avalanche in town on Saturday to kick off a back-to-back for Winnipeg. Somehow the home team had a 2-0 lead late in the 3rd and held on for a 3-1 victory as they grinded out a win. About the only changes we expect today are Eric Comrie getting the next for the first time in two weeks after Connor Hellebuyck started eight straight games and potentially Ville Heinola coming in for Haydn Fleury.

Meanwhile, the Blues who were sellers at the deadline and looked like the only thing they’d be challenging for is a top draft pick, have been one of the hottest teams in the Western Conference. St. Louis has been a better home team than away where they are a 12-17-3.
