The Jets are fresh off a massive 6-1 win over the Avalanche on Friday night. The team held a practice on Saturday which provided some insight into a number of the injured players.
Florida is coming off a huge 6-3 win over the Flames in Calgary on Saturday night. They have been on a real roll having won seven of their last eight games.

Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports “Steve Mason is on the ice doing some early work and taking shots from Brandon Tanev and Shawn Matthias, both of whom are wearing non-contact jerseys. Michael Hutchinson is also on the ice”.

Coach Maurice indicated that “Matthias and Tanev are the closest to getting back to contact sweaters. Mason skated just before the skate, Hutchinson took part. They’re both facing shots now so they’ll kind of continue along that, they’ll be tested at some point this week to get at least back into full practice mode and the others haven’t changed.”
