Game 40: Jets vs. Penguins pre-game report

The Jets practiced on Thursday in Winnipeg ahead of today’s game against the Penguins in Pittsburgh and it looks like it will be status quo in terms of the lineup for them.  They are going to have to be on their game as the Penguins come in having won seven straight games which has vaulted them into 2nd spot in the Metropolitan Division which included a 7-2 thrashing of the Rangers on Wednesday.

Coach Maurice:  How does he see the match-ups tonight (specifically the bottom six).  How pleased is he with his team’s road game?  What follow up is he looking for from the 4th line?  On the challenge of the upcoming schedule.  Coaching in an All-Star game (as it isn’t official he didn’t wanna discuss but does talk about Ken’s jinxing ability).  On Matt Cullen still going at age 42.  On the heat taken by the kids in the World Juniors.
