The Jets and Avs played a close affair for the most part but Winnipeg took over in the 3rd, their power play continues to be lethal and ultimately they won 5-2 to improve to 9-5-1 on the season.

Coach Maurice was asked for an update on Dmitry Kulikov who left in the 1st but he didn’t have much to add saying “I’ve got nothing for you right now. He couldn’t return. It might be precautionary but we’ll get him to test it out tomorrow and then we’ll know.”
