After a day away from the ice on Wednesday, the Jets made their third round of training camp cuts, reducing the roster by 12 players. With 34 players now remaining with the big club, Winnipeg returned to hockey for all centre today as it continues to prepare for the regular season.
Of course the talk this morning is about the NHL finally amalgamating the records of the 1.0 and 2.0 Jets. And there was much rejoicing.

Ahead of the main group hitting the ice, the IR pairing of Elias Salomonsson and Walker Duehr hit the ice with skills coach Matt Larke to put in some work as they try to get back to full health.

Up next:
The Jets will practice in Winnipeg on Friday out at hockey for all centre before they take off for Colorado for the fourth and final pre-season exhibition game. After that they will remain in Colorado for a few days to do some team building exercises.
